Non receipt of excess payment made

Dear Sir,

Sub: Non – Receipt of Excess payment made on Partly Paid up Shares

Ref: Folio No / Client Id No : 10360278/IN300126

This is reference to my unresolved case Re No: AL/SE/213. I regret to inform you that inspite of my repeated reminder you have not arranged to refund me the excess payment made on partly paid up shares, even though I have submitted all letter/ docs as required by you as per your letter dt 29th march. I Am once again submitting to you all the docs as required by you

For your kind perusal, the case matter is that payment of the call money of Rs 3300.00 (three Thousand Three Hundred) have been made twice.

a) Once as per allotment advice / Allotment Money Notice .(Rs 1650 adjusted against app money & balance rs . 1650 .00 paid by cheque no 562257 dt 15/03 drawn on hdfc bank for 1650.00 (copy of advice is attached)

b) Secondly by Demand Draft No :862348 drawn on Global Trust Bank ltd by the purchaser in whose account the partly paid shares were transferred. (copy of draft enclosed)

Under the circumstances, you are requested to repay the amount with interest at the earliest. I am resubmitting all docs as under once again for your reference.

1) Copy Of Delivery Instruction & Transaction Statement

2) Copy of receipted allotment money paid

3) Copy of demand draft sent by the purchase & his demat transaction statement confirming the same

4) Detail of purchaser Name: as under
