Bad Service by Indian Railway

I booked a ticket for 13th Sep 2010 by Jnaneshwari Deluxe which leaves at 8.30 pm from LTT. I stay at Goregaon and went all the way to LTT to find that the train leaves at 4:00 am in the morning. There is no proper seating arrangement. Nobody to answer any queries. Even the station master & announcer didn t entertain us. Tired of all we came back home and tried to cancel the ticket. But IRCTC site is not ready for cancellation. Is it my fault if the train is late. They need to refund the amount if the trains are running late. A person can t reach at 4:00 am in the morning all the way from Goregaon... Pathetic service by Indian Railways... I spit on them. They are worthless..
