Ike delivered in damaged condition by MOVERS & PACKERS

I booked my bike by Central Cargo Movers & Packers on 4th May from Pune to B'lore. I was told that I'll get by bike by 8th may. but i got my bike on 16th of May that too in damaged condition with right mirror & indicator missing, my hand bake is broken and detached from the handle.

From the condition of my bike it seems that It was not even packed before loaded.

till Now I've not even recieved my Helmet as well.

Their Pune branch has accepted the damage caused by them and assured me that they'll repair my bike. But no one at their B'lore branch is listening, they are saying that it was booked from pune so I'll have to talk to Pune people.

No one from their Headoffice in delhi is listening to me.

I am calling each and every possible contactble person at thier end but no one is doing anything other than giving assurances.

what I am supposed to do now?
