Instra trade working worst

I have reliancemoney insta trade. But its not use to me. Every day i have lot of problem. (Ex: inprocess, demat balance shortage, call centre was not working quickly) This was losses my money every day every hours yours softwares is very worst so only i got like this problem.

I need Diet ODIN software to our trading because i have 36 account holder in my hand.
