Its a fraud survey company

Before three months my friend give me the advise to invest money in an online survey company who's name is ALGULFNET.BIZ. As I have trust on my friend I invested in this company. it has a easy plan in which you have to pay 36000INR and you will register on this company after registration every wednesday you got a survey and when you done the survey you got 500INR in your OJW INCOME, but till now I have not been able to debit any amount form it. And now website is unable to open. I think I am cheated by this company. please help me. I have invested 3600INR to it and haven't got my investment back.

Please help me and trace that fools who runs this company.
