Non delivery of goods ordered

Dear Sir/Madam

I started dealing with this company last year, the 1st order went well, 2nd order 60% of value was delivered, $208.5 ERU plus 80 ERU for UPS TNT Frieght, 3rd order paid 300EUR Total 588.5 ERU outstanding,

I have emailed and emailed but been told it will be sent... but nothing, please can you contact Mr Suhel and get him to send products.
