Dual debit of amount for single transaction

I have used sbi atm at allahabad bank, tirwa, kannauj, u.p. on 24/02/09 for withdrawal of rs 4000/- but my account is showing two time debit of rs 4020/-, a total of rs 8040/-. i had given the complain regarding this to my sbi branch, afa township, hyderabad on 15/03/09 as well as to allahabad bank, tirwa, kannauj branch. but till date i have niether got my amount back nor bank official are offering a favourable reply. they are avoiding my querry phone calls. so kindly look into the matte
