Allahabad head post office
Not giving my passbook

I am shiv lal khatri from allahabad. my age is 75 years.i had given my SB account passbook to head post office of allahabad through P.A.C naini post office to pay interest on my account on 12 december.but did not response on this matter and they lost my passbook so now i applied foe a duplicate passbook on 25 july but now neither they are giving intrest on my account nor they are giving my passbook back that why i ma complaining here so please ask them to give my passbook back with intrest.my account no is 3211003.
