New buisness no support

We opened a beverage store in n.c.august, coke reps. came in to set the cooler and stock, now i am sitting on items that are out dated and ard ready to go out of date, no one has been to check dates so i am told that i am stuck with all the products gone bad. this account should have been set up as a new buisness with the products being monatored, i will most likely pull all products and no longer sell your products, i will be contacting my lawer for advice as how to regain my loss.
