We had hired All Home Packers and Movers of Kandivali, Mumbai, to transport our household goods from Mumbai to Kerala. The goods were packed and taken awy on the 17th of January from our residence, but till date it has not been delivered to our residence in Kerala. Calls to the packers have been answered with lies and excuses each time. I wish to take action and claim compensation from the Packers, but am unable to be present personally in Mumbai now.
