Removal of name from defaulter's list

This is Santosh Kumar, I have taken Consumer loan from Citi Financial, I received the settlement letter from the bank which states as under :

Early Pay of Letter:

We would like to inform you that your Loan Acoount number 9319921, stands complete. The agreement signed by you stands null and void.

"This is to confirm that upon receipt and clearance of Rs. 10, 416/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Four hundred and sixteen only).

Accordingly I had paid Rs. 10, 416/- by cash on 28 - June.

Clearance of this payment has also been acknowledged verbally by the customer care of the Bank as well as receipt (receipt no. 1272006). Already they have given me a receipt of No Due as well as clearance Receipt.of itself.

I have applied for a Personal Loan with Axis bank. I got a verbal notice from them saying that they were unable to process as my Alliance Group (database that shows defaulters list) shows my name as a defaulter. I request you to look into this matter as to why my name is in defaulters list.

I want my name to be removed from defaulters list with Alliance Group /cbil or any other organisation that holds data. Since I have got the settlement done and payment has also been made, I request you to take immediate action in this regard.
