Allied Lemuir India
Mishandling and no-response after repeatative calls

I went for Allied Lemuir packers which is very expensive to move my household stuff. I went for Allied Lemuir because I heard from one of my friends that it is good, but I had terrible experience with them. Even after about 50 days, things are not done.

- Insurnace claim is still pending. There is no action from Allied Lemuir to take it further.

- Empty boxes are still lying around

- Wooden bed, Computer table which were dismantled while packing were never fixed again. I had to do it on my own.

- Lot of damages

I would say BIG NO NO for Allied Lemuir if you intend to go for them.

Hi Purnima,

This is to inform you that we have received the courier. Could you please let us know the status of insurance claim request?

We have not heard anything yet from Allied Lemuir about the claim or take away the left over boxes. Boxes still lying at my place even after 40 days.

What is happening here?

I don't think this service is really worth Rs. 35, 000, we have paid to Allied Lemuir. Any comments?

Dear Sir,

I have checked with the insurance company, they said that the claim amount is more than INR 5000 therefore survey has to be arranged by the insurance surveyor.

I will call the surveyor and give your address and phone no. so that he will call you to take an appointment for the survey of the damaged items.
