Allied Movers has lost my all things

Hi I am Mahipal Singh working in a IT company. Last month I relocated from Bangalore to Kolkata location, I choosed Allied Movers and Packers for assisting me in the relocation.

They had collected my entire house things and did not delivered to me at Kolkata,

Now they are niether picking my Phone call nor calling me.

I really completely fed up with those guys, I dont know what to do now I have lost my all things, books, my old collection etc...

Could you please guide me what should I do now to get back my luggage
