Pathetic Customer Service no Customer Suppoprt at all

Hi,

I am Devalin Sarkar.

I have come abroad last month from Bangalore.

Before coming, I had sent my personal stuff to my native home town in 6 carton boxes.

I chose Allied Movers And Packers Private Limited for this because they promised me that the goods will be delivered in 10 days.

The charged me INR 6, 100.00 for this - including luggage insurance.

I was in touch with Rakesh (9341552105) and Mahender (9916906105) - 2 of their Bangalore Office Staff regarding this.

On 29th November Rakesh came to my place and collected the stuff.

Today is 11th January and my family has still not received the goods.

Pick Up Address: Koramangala, Bangalore.

Delivery Address: Mr Sujal Kumar Sarkar, Athilagori, Vill-Hatabari, Post-Contai, Dist - Midnapur (East), West Bengal, PIN-721401.

We mailed again and again but no one replied to the emails. In this 1.5 months I and my family members have called their bangalore and Delhi Offices at least 50 times. When we called at their Mobile numbers, they didn t pick it up most of the times.

When we called at the landline numbers, every time a new person picked up and said he would look into the matter and call back within 12 hours. But never ever anyone called back.

THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF FRAUDS. NEVER EVER AVAIL THEIR SERVICES.
