Correspondence course not conducted tuition fee paid in full

I had applied for admission to the Advanced Certificate in Management (ACM) course with a specialization in Finance with the All India Management Association. I paid the full course fees of Rs 10, 000. However, I did not get an acknowledgment /acceptance notification. The course was supposed to be conducted through distance learning with AIMA providing course material. Neither was my admission acknowledged, nor was any course material sent. The course was supposed to start on 1st of July. I have repeatedly requested that my tuition fee be refunded back. This request has also not been met.

It is unfair to take the full course tuition fee, and then not administer the course and not provide a refund.
