Sub:-Encroachment and illegal construction on road.

D/Sir,

We, residents of street No. 6, Jwala nagar Shahadara, Delhi-110032, most humbly state that an area of about 160 sq. feet is encroached and illegaly captured by Mr. K.C. Jain. Mr. jain has constructed a big STEEL FENCE (IRON JALL) on government land in front of his house No. 724, St. No. 6, Jwala Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032.

This fence is covering a lot of area and creates problem in trespassing and ongoing of vehicles on road. Further we would like to mention that the jawalanagar is alrady a conjusted area and this type incroachment give tempt to accidents.

This is needless to mention that the matter was dicussed with Mr. K.C. Jain so many times, but no action was taken by him to revove this fence.

Keeping in view the problems faced by us, you are requested to please take initiative and immediate action to remove this fence from public place.
