Regardind delay of my daughter passport

Dear sir,

I have submitted application for renewal of my daughter passport on dated 16.04. since long time I recieved latter with some objection like affidavit of indian embassy abroad signed by consulate. Sir I also this affidavit send by mail or fax to your bhopal officeon dated 14.01. but till I did not get my daughter passport.

Sir kindly request to you please make an arrangement to I can get my daughter passport ealry as well as possible.
