Complain of poor quality food supplied on 07.06.09 at cheennai mail

Unfortunately a journey by me (Jash Alokendu, M 28) on 06.06.09 was experienced by me, with very poor quality food, served by R.K.ASSOCIATES (Pantry Car licenese holder) in exchange of Rs.40/- (for veg meal) against their C/M No.114, which is enclosed for your reference.

however, much better quality food is available in other Pantry Car, which costs about Rs.32/- only, kindly let me know the acctual reason behind it, if any.

Please look into the matter most seriously.
