WORST HOSPITALITY AND RUDE STAFF

I am still amazed & unclear on how this Hotel has been rated as a 3 Star property!!! This is not a hotel but a shabby 1 BK apt converted to a hotel. Pathetic interiors & the hardest Mattress & dirty pillows adore the rooms. I had my FIRST cold water bath in my life.

Complains

water pipe was not connected to the toilet in the room offered to me & it took full day of follow up with the so called Manager for changing the room.

Hospitality was poor, seems like they only care for foreigners. Room was not clean and d fridge was smelling badly, also there was no backup generator as there used to be a power-cut.

I was very disappointed with the stay. Room was not maintained, bed was very uncomfortable, and sofa was stinking very badly. Service was very very poor.

CAUTION: Buffet self service in this hotel Restaurant is worst in my entire life flies was all around each n evry table, contaminated juices n water n no proper cutleries (spoons, fork, ) is provided...

Food was pathetic. I will never recommend to anyone.
