REGARDING REFUND OF THE MONEY

SIR,

I'm ANAND TRIPATHI, the problem is 18 months back my Sister-in-law [Dr. Mrs. RUCHI TRIPATHI] & my Elder brother [Mr. SANTOSH TRIPATHI] deposited 1.5 lac.to ALPHABLISS it's a TOUR & TRAVEL Co. in LUCKNOW. NOW the Manager Mr. PANKAJ PATHAK, is not responding from a year, & according to rule of this company, they didn't offer any Tour Program for my brother & his wife

i.e. my sister-in-law. We tried many times to the manager [name mentioned above-Mr. PANKAJ PATHAK] for refunding the money [1.5 lac] & He never recieve our calls.

It's a humble request Plz. take some action on the company.
