Not getting the maturity amount

I have a Series-I: Alpic Project Infrastructure Cumulative Income Bonds which details are given below.

Regd. Folio No: A2/K000061, Certificate No : 00002149, No. of Bonds : 5

Regd. Folio No: A2/K000061, Certificate No : 00002150, No. of Bonds : 5

Distinctive Nos. 00012930 - 00012934, Date of Allotment : 31/03/1998. Invested Amount: Rs. 10, 000/-

Date of Maturity : 7 years from the date of issue i.e. 31/03.

I have written several letter to the Alpic Finance Company with no reply.

Sir, would you kindly help me in this regard to get back my invested amount.
