Not getting the maturity amount

I have a Series-I: Alpic Project Infrastructure Cumulative Income Bonds which details are given below.

Regd. Folio No: A1/A000266, Certificate No : 00003298, No. of Bonds : 5

Distinctive Nos. 00018923 - 00018927, Date of Allotment : 31/03/1998. Invested Amount: Rs. 5, 000/-

Date of Maturity : 7 years from the date of issue i.e. 31/03.

I have written several letter to the Alpic Finance Company with no reply.

There is a contract between Alpic Finance Ltd and Bank of Baroda, Ballard Pier, Mumbai-400001 Mortgage/Charge for Rs. 19, 19, 00, 000/- by way of issue of series of bonds dated 24/07/98 vide Form No. 10.

Sir, would you kindly help me in this regard to get back my invested amount.
