Key chain missing, petrol consumed, engine damaged

The front glass of my car was damaged, so i gave it for repair in AGR service centre, varanasi. when i took back the car, my key chain which was expensive was missing. while submitting the car there i asked Mr. Pankaj upadhaya (the person who took the charge of my car) to return the same but he told me that he will take care of the same. then at the time of delivery i complained this matter to Mr. sudhakar upadhayay as Mr. pankaj was on leave. also the level of petrol was quite less and when i started the engine the A/C was on. This caused damaged to my car engine and these people are now not ready to compensate for my key chain, petrol and engine. i have called up several times and every time the person who last recieved my call doesnt take the call.
