Very irritating noise from left wheel

Dear sir,

From third service i am observing very irritating mechnical noise from left frt whhel.thought i have communiacted several times on phone feed back system of dealer, no action in tnis regard taken till date.

i have personally shown my vehicle to GM works (marketing times) but his observation are totally non technical, there is opinion difference between shop supervisior & GM works. In indian sinario boss is alway right & thatby shop supervisior lost his confidence & do accordingly what GM works told to do.

GM is not at all customer supportive & he knows how to cut pocket of cutomer so that cutomer does not complain again & again or change service dealer.

i have very good impression about maruti service before being actual customer.

i think complains are good for learning as well as increasing technical know how of service people of dealers than just thinking these are burdens & how to ignor it.

please do needful & retain my confidence in maruti product & people behind it.
