Carelessness from MARUTI HELP LINE/C.CARE

Refusal of Warranty, Bad Behaviour of Maruti Help Line/Apra Dealer/Customer Care

Dear Sir,

I have puchases Alto Lx from M/s Apra Motors, Gurgaon. on 13th Nov.. Just 8 month passed & I have done all the 4 services from the same dealer.. and by yesterday i have completed the service from APRA itself i am attaching the proof of the service so that MARUTI can beleive in that, but unfortunetly when we leave my office after going 1 km from office it has been stopped on the way and due to this it was very big traffice, so on that time we are using to call APRA Auto but they are not responding and given the MARUTI HELP line No. which is 011-39891515 and after calling on this number the representative has been being hold for 13 minutes and saying lastly that i cannot help you, you please call on 9910202020 this is the customer care no, of MARUTI perhaps they can help you... if MARUTI understand that customer is a headeche.. to attand. Told me these things not cover in warranty & We know maruti quality is going down day by day.. so u have to pay for Rs.2500/- Steeering handle Rubber & Rusty part estimate take from our next departement.. we are not concern for this... OHHHHHHHHHHH my God .. It was pathetic for me to absorve.

I am a Manger in M/s MNC Company in Service Deptt. from Last 07 years.. & Handled various challenging Area.. We think the customer is the real boss.. But here very sorry to say ur customer care executive is boss.

If somebody from Maruti Will not listen my plea.. than I will take next action to put all the pics. of the defective area of my car and i have also the photographs of that traffice jams due to carelessness of MARUTI PEOPLE/APRA to send to all leading news paper... & on Internet blogs with my own words.. I m very fed up..

Hope you will initiate to do some thing???
