Sub: Clutch & A/C drain water entering in to the cabin

Hi,

I had bought this beady Alto Lxi in Jan’09 the first FOC service was completed and at the second & third service I was charged Rs 950. for all the three service I had Informed and complained to your service guy Karthik and sm other guys regarding the clutch & A/C .

Yesterday I had sent the car for General service and Informed them to rectify the clutch and A/C water drain leak in the cabin, which was not done and the bill was raised to Rs 930,

I don’t understand the ABT service guys are very busy and I am plucking hair it seems.

Kindly explain and rectify this Issue ASAP
