Dear Sir,

This is regarding some problems I faced on my Alto and the behavior of the service center authority which is bought from Popular Automobiles (Dealer Code: DC – B – 802).

I bought my Alto Lxi from the above mentioned showroom and I gave it for servicing there on 30/05. The following are the problems I faced after the servicing.

1. Horn is not working properly

2. They have not done the water service properly.

3. When I complaint about it they did not behave well and they did not took the complaint seriously.

So I request you to kindly talk to the dealer and service center personals and informthem to do the service complete and properly, please also advice them to take the customer complaints seriously and solve them in their satisfaction.
