SUBJECT :- RETURN OF BOUNCED CHEQUE

I purchased maruti ALTO std. from your showroom at Chandigarh. On 20th april. I deposited Cheque worth Rs 2.40 lac unfortunately one of the Cheque (Rs 80, 000) got bounced . for which I was asked to make payment in cash to effect the delivery, which I deposited through Mr Santosh (Sales executive) I also deposited Cheque bounce charges.

But it is sorry to inform you that I have not yet received the bounced Cheque from your side despite various visits to your office and numerous telephonic message sent to you. I have already suferd a loss of Rs.5000 /- on acconet of delay on your part Kindly return the same
