CHEQUE BOOK REGARDING

DEAR SIR,

I m a customer of alwar bharat pur grameen bank situated at khedli dist bharatpur.i have a saving account in this bank sb 870 is a number.due to my physical problem i m unable to go branch.and i send a request for cheque book with my uncle.but a manger cant give a cheque to my uncle and he says that the cheque book is only give to account holder.i also do a call to manager and told my problem but he is not give a satisfactory answer.i also talk with banks zonal office situated at alwar.but they cant solve my problem.presently i m at jaipur.so i cant go to branch.i also told them that i send a request from registered post and u send me a cheque book at my own expenses but they cant help me.and suggest me that you dont waste our time.so please solve my problem
