AMARAJA BATTERY LIMITED
CONDEMNED WITHIN 12 MONTHS

Dear Sir

I purchased a AMARON HI-LIFE battery 0n 15 DEC. It claims to have warranty of 36 months i.e free replacement upto 18 months and prorata discount if battery goes off between 18 to 36 months.

But it appears that it is all mischievous claims just to entice customers My battery has failed within 11 months completely

All efforts to have free replacement failed

Complaint lodged on 04 NOV 07 NO AKV-051118 An Inspector visited but he find a minute fault in alternator of INDICA saying that it is overcharging 14.5 amp which should be within 14.20 amps. Totally rediculous approach

The Company M/S AMARAJA BATYTERY LTD has given task of after sales service to petty franchisees in every city. These petty firms is further exploiting the consumers.

THIS IS NOT BEFITTING APPROACH FOR A COMPANY OF NATIONAL FAME
