Undue delay in supplying gas cylinder/cylinder not supplied yet

We have booked gas cylinder on 12/03 vide booking no. 118 through indane promo service. Ten days has already passed away but the cylinder has not been delivered. How long it will take. Concerned authorities are requested to look into the matter and instruct the gas agency to deliver the gas cylinder within the normal time. MY CONSUMER NO. IS 29876.
