I've booked a house D52 (G.F), Sector 50, Gurgaon with the Company "Amar Infracon Pvt. Ltd.". I'd submitted the initial booking amount Rs.4, 30, 000.00 (10% of full amount Rs.43 lakhs) against DD 756871, dt: 18/3/09.
The builder company keep on promising that construction will be starting very soon and now after 1 year they have refused to give me the possession of the home and are asking me to take the money back. I'm having the proper receipt of the amount.
The builder is now again had open the booking of the same scheme with the new price of Rs.68 lakhs. The builder has cheated me as now the market price of the property is higher than what we had offered me last year and now we want to make Big money from his sale.
