Lost of warenty papers

Hello,

I lost my all papers of the Wagonr Car including Gurantee card of battery s/no. 3702257573517, which was purchased before a year having 48 months warenty. Now, the battery is not working and your agra dealer decleared it dead.

As the battery is in gaurantee period and you may search the manufacturing date from the serial no. & request to you having sufficient proof of lost of papers and gurantee card. plz instruct the agra dealer (Bhagwan Talkies, Agra) to issue the fresh battery. Also Inform me as soon as possible.
