NON-DELIVERANCE OF A PARCEL

Sir,

i had sent a parcel containing of 11 kgs of sarees worth Rs.31000 to kolkata through madur courier from hubli which docket number:41101201 dated 10-4-09 which is not been delivered yet, On enquiring got to know it is lost.so who is liable for it.please let me know.
