This is to state that my current a/c number is CA2213201020898

and i have lost my debit card today (sunday... 14.12.08) at around 6p.m.in the evening.it is therefore an earnest request from my side to freeze the card with immediate effect.

i hope you would pay heed to my request and do the needful...
