Complaint against the service cente

My vehicle no: WB26C-2611, model: maruti 800 delux, 5 gear edition

during driving the vehicle the steering was turning towards the left automatically.

i went to that service center and i was adviced to change the all the 4 wheels with no other alternative regarding this problem.

i was confused and was reluctant to admit the said proposal and wheel balancing and wheel alignment was ultimately done .but the ultimate problem was not solved.the steering of the vehicle is now turning right vigorously making the driving difficult with risk.

i was charged Rs 1001 for the said service.

your views and direction as deemed fit is urgently sought.
