I rather illadvisedly ordered "The Sword of the Templars" - for $7.99 Shipping and handling. The book came today with an invoice for a total of $11.98. In the same mail I received my credit card statement on which AMZ*Amazon Payments appears for the amount of $38.58. I have asked my credit card proviver to withhold payment pending an explanation. However, I have also decided to return the book for a full refund. Response will be expected in the immediate future.
