Extra amount debited

Dear sir

i have my salary account in masab tank SBI branch. on 1 july SBI atm was not working so i tried in 2 or 3 other banks ATM. talast i got money from axis bank. i withdrawn 6000 rupees whereas my account has debited with 6000 twice equals 12000. i gave this complain to many times to the branch office and they assured me that they will take action on it and i will get money back. till now i havn't receive my money. i really need your help to take action on it serious.
