I am Not satisfied with your Product and Service

Hi,

I bought an XBOX 360 from Amazone Point in Palika Bazaar, New Delhi. Within a week it Stopped Working. I went back to the shopkeeper and asked him to change it and give me a new XBOX or Give me My Money Back. He Refused. Now It has been 3 weeks since he is Attempting to "fix"it. Oh and i also have it in writing that he has given 1 year Gaurantee on it. Could you Please Advise me if i can Directly drag him to Consumer Court?
