Cant claim free gift

Purchased Reebok Sun Glasses with which I was promised free holiday coupons. Cant claim the gift as the unique promition number given is not correct. Whenever I try to claim the gist thru the web site address provided on the Invoice, it says the entry is not correct. I have called the customer care centre twice and was told that soon the unique promotion number given to me on the Invoice will be activated and I can claim the gift. But now I think this is total FARCE and FRAUD on the part of India Today Book Club.
