Replacing Tyres

This is my M.D Conversaction to Ambal Autos Erode Manager Mr. VISHNU.

Our car MARUTHI SUZUKI SWIFT VDI.

Regularly serviced at Ambal Auto-Erode.

At 37470 kms we requested Ambal Auto-Erode for change of all 4 tyres and periodical service.

Ambal recommended Apollo tyres and Ambal has bought it from SRI LAKSHMI TRYES-Erode. (Bill no: 48, serial no:21 / rs-11, 200, Labour bill no:83, Aligment job no: 14919, Machanic Name: R.Kumar)

Then periodical whell alighment and balancing has been done by Ambal Autos erode.

At 47.000 kms we found the uneven wornout of tyres.

we notified to Ambal Autos - Erode to Mr. Rajesh - Works Manager.

No proper response and no necessary action taken till now 60, 000 kms appx.

Now the tyres are totally wornout.

we paid to you for the tryes.

It is your responsibility to replace them.

We informen you and we are replacing the tyres and its your responsibility to compensate.

This is just a re-confirmation in writing what you have discussed with our M.D.MR.D.Nandhakumar.

Kindly acknowledge and do the needful.
