Directors not doing the settlement since 83 days of notice

After delaying the things for approx 3 months (83 days) now the Country Head of Amber Info. Pvt Ltd Mr. Sanjeev Pandey says "THE DIRECTORS Mr. Vinod Verma and Mr. Ved Goyal WILL BE LOOKING INTO YOUR CASE" you should talk to them only for the settlement.

The directors are not ready to give anything in writing since the notice issued to "Repudiate the Agreement", Dated: 14th July Ref No: SC/Prop/10-11/01.
