Non issue of second connection and non - delivery of booking

I had booked my LPG connection with Ambiga Agencies, Coimbatore during Jan. I was informed that I should file an application only after one month for my second cylinder. I had booked for my second cylinder during march. I have been following with this agency till date for my second cylinder and there is no use.

The second thing is whenever i call these people and book for refill they take atleast 20 days for delivery. This period of 20 days is after everyday call to them for atleast 4 to 5 times in a day. It does not only stop with calling the agency people. We have to call the delivery person also to get the cylinder. The agency people will simply give us the cell number of the delivery person and ask us to speak to him. Since one is in a dire need of cylinder we have to spend money making calls to the delivery person also.

The bug does not stop here. Once you call the delivery boy and speak then he keeps on disturbing you on the phone whenever he likes, which is mental harrassment. Even after making complaint against this there is no one to care.

With a single connection waiting for 20 days for the refill is not fair. This could be done to people who have two conenctions but not to people like me who have only one connection. In this twenty days time one has to spend for food outside, telephone bills to the company, delivery boy and also for medicines because one has to take outside food.

Can justice be given to people like me who are being harassed unnecessarily like this.
