Faulty PS3 sold and retailer will not fix it or replace it

I purchased a Sony PS3 from Ambrit Exclusive Video Games located in Model House, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. After 3 weeks of purchasing it, the unit stopped working. I took it back to Ambrit and they refused to exchange it. They wanted me to pay a hefty fee to repair the unit. The unit turned out be grey market and not covered by warranty. PLEASE AVOID AMBRIT OR DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. The owner has a tendency of not being available for customer service. He hides in the upper level of the shop whenever there is a customer who comes asking for an exchange or refund. The employee lie and say that the "Seth" is not around and they promise to call you back when he returns.

They sell a lot of PIRATED games. Take note police.
