Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased AMBRODIL DROPS for my grand daughter who is just 12 weeks old. The Batch No. 12203K8, which was purchased from Apollo Pharmacy situated in Hari Om Nagar Campus at Mulund (East), on 6th August.

Inspite of giving 15 days regular treatment to the infant child the severity of cold has persisted into BRONCHITIS instead of curing of initial stage of cough and cold. I had purchased your branded product but was of no use.

Due to this i had to consult a Peadiatrition whose fees are very high and the medicines including higher anti-biotics to the new born child because of carelessness of your branded company.

I request your good self to look into the matter seriously and reinburse the expenses to me othervice this complaint will be forwaded to FOOD AND DRUGS ADMINISTRATIONS which you please note.
