Non functioning of battery despite warranty period

We have puchased a battery from M/s Benagadia in Feb. 2011 with six months warranty. The product is not functioning properly. Despite several visit and request the dealer refused to change the battery. It is therefore requested please do the needful. The sl. No. ABHO 177792 & ABHO 177796.
