Unable to check broadband usage

Sir,
I am unable to check my broadband usage since the middle of Oct.2009. Here I would like to stress that checking usage is a very important and essential task for broadband users for keeping phone bills under control. The site has been changed earlier also. But I am unable to know why it is not made easily accessible. I would earnestly request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.
