Conversion of my 99805250 post paid to prepaid

Dear Sir/Madam

I'd two times given application and cleared all outstandings to airtel affice to convert this no (9980525025) to pre-apid but no action had been taken. Even last time in May I'd cleared all outstanding and had given application to convert the no to pre-paid and I'd also given Rs 400 in addition to your exicutive to recharge after the no being converted to pre-paid (as he had asked me to do so) but no one replied back, and your exicutive cheated Rs 400 from me.

I don't believe at all in your exicutives and will not pay the amount until you give me a written proof that no being cancelled. I'll not pay the rental from Jun onward as I am not using the no and has given repeated request to convert it to pre-paid and ceared the outstanding. My address will be in your database you can come down to my house to take amount (having Bit upto Jun adjusting Rs 500 advance money) and give me the receipt and cancellation letter.
