I have taken RIM connection for the first time ever in my life.

I have very very bad exprience with it.

I have submitted my documents two times till now and my no. is not activated till now.

It been more than 2 weeks and i still not able to make any call.

I have taken a Plan of 799 for one month unlimited all india RIM to RIM free.

Every day i go to reliance world web and they daily some excuses, but never did a need full.

Even a person from customer care give a different reason everytime.

It take 20 to 30 time to establish a connection to customer care.

I have been troublling for a long time and it is very irritating.

Even i am loosing 250 Rs. a day to make a STD calls from my other no and that was a reason to buy this new connection.

I have lost around 3000 till now because of these bullshit and lazy guys who never do their job honestly.

They never even pickup a call, because they are never availalble at their seat.

Please help me out if you can.
