Replacement of defective inverter within warranty period

I am located at Delhi

I have been having regular problems with the invertor for more than a year. Lastly, I was given a standby invertor on 6th June and told that my original invertor would be refurbished and returned. Even though the invertor was in the guarantee period, Martech Systems and Services - the service provider insisted that it cannot be replaced with a new one. Now even the standby invertor is not working. When I called Martech, (Mr. Kuldeep Bhatt said that he had not given me any standby invertor but had replaced my new non functioning one with a old one on 6th June.

The inverter is lying with Martech Systems and Services, Noida since the 6th of June, for repairing. The problem is pending since the beginning of June.

The warranty period was till 18th June.

I then directly contacted the company- one Mr. Balasubramanian Muthukesavan has been replying to my mails. One day he would say the machine would be replaced free, next he would say it would be chargeable and finally he refused to do anything to help.

The machine is lying defunct since May - Can you help?
